The Delta Upsilon Emerging Leaders Experience (DUEL) is a five-day inclusive program. This program is uniquely designed to help young leaders prepare to meet the challenges and responsibilities in life and in their chapter.

The McQuaid Scholarship Fund provides merit-based scholarships each year to deserving undergraduate students and fellowships to graduate students who are members of Delta Upsilon.

The Delta Upsilon Global Service Initiative offers members a unique opportunity to engage in direct service, while uniting Delta Upsilon competencies and principles with the customs and cultures of the Negril, Jamaica community. Members travel to, study in, and work with this community where social and economic conditions are substandard.

The Leadership Institute is one of the finest fraternity conferences of its kind and has a positive impact on 400-500 DU brothers each year.

The Oak Circle Scholarships are provided through an endowment built primarily through undergraduate and parent giving, although alumni gifts are welcome. The purpose of the Oak Circle is to help spread the word of the DUEF and encourage the habit of giving while a member is still an undergraduate. Wilford A. Butler impacted the lives of thousands of DU members during his 24-years as Executive Director, and transformed Delta Upsilon into a leading fraternal organization. The Presidents' Academy is an officer training program for Delta Upsilon's newly-elected chapter/colony presidents. This program offers operational and soft-skills training to help prepare presidents to effectively run a Delta Upsilon chapter.

The Founders Memorial Courtyard is an ongoing project that supports the Foundation's support of DU educational initiatives. The physical courtyard at IHQ allows donors to leave their permanent legacy in a beautiful serene setting.
